I work on a consulting basis with couples looking for the right approach to take to legally dissolve a marriage. I can aid them in making a choice between litigation, collaborative divorce, mediation or pro se (doing it yourself) and assessing the benefits and drawbacks of each option. Once they have decided on an approach, I’ll inform them of the available resources to assist them in their next steps. If they decide mediation is appropriate, I can help the couple reach financial and parental agreements that encompass their values while meeting legal standards.
